alle beoordelingen weergevenAs a first timer, loved this class! As described, it’s more of a fundamentals for beginners than a full workout. The positions were so fun and relaxing at times. Sharon was great, she was friendly and super helpful, she challenged us to push ourselves too which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
