Seriously, one of the best classes I've had in a long time. I've been practicing for over 10 years and don't really get 'yoga stoned' anymore but girl I was flying for the rest of the day after this class! 🤣. if you want a class that is going to focus on getting into every sticky corner so you walk out feeling like jello, you need to take one of Lauren Marsh's yoga classes.

This is a huge mood elevator as well! So if you’re feeling mad, sad or just not glad, this will give you the serotonin boost your brain needs. She did an excellent job! the only thing is they only give #6 reformer to classpasser and at the corner they need another mirror I think. the corner reformer does not have mirrors on both sides of the walls, which is kinda unfair. I wonder if Duo owner ever reads the reviews here, if so, please install at least one two mirrors for the person using the reformer #6.

The class provided supportive challenges and individual help. I'll definitely be back! The parking in the center is annoying, but if you allow yourself a bit of extra time it's very manageable.

From transitions to offering varying levels of difficulty within a pose and thoroughly explaining what your body should be doing, I felt well supported in the flow. The class was definitely hot and I got a great sweat in. Honestly, it flew by and I had a lot of fun. Will definitely be returning!

The members were also very friendly. I’m not sure if you could use the yoga room upstairs but I was there for a cooldown stretch and they had lululemon mats! Nice touch.

Natasha was warm and welcoming, the studio is quaint and charming and the class was incredible. We started with a warm flow that was challenging but felt wonderful, followed by a guided meditation and journaling time. Cool lavender towels and hot tea to finish off the class was so special. I left feeling rejuvenated and loved!

If you don’t have your own gloves or shin guards, they have some you can borrow. It was a great cardio workout, and I could also feel my arms burning! Fun class to try out!
