The music was loud and fun, and the instructor was so amazing and fit and nice hahahaha. The one thing that maybe I didn’t love was how often the lights were changing from dark to red to blue to dark, I felt a bit woozy. Otherwise, perfect clean location with lots of parking and they provide shoes!

She’s extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and passionate about her work. It’s getting more and more challenging finding authentic classical Pilates instructors these days, and she’s the real deal. Loved the small class, personal attention, and hands on corrections to form. We worked primarily on the Pilates tower and I definitively got a good workout even with the subtle moves. The end of the class was a surprise. I’ve never been on a power plate before. I felt lighter leaving class! Looking forward to returning to check out her other classes.

I chose the crystal mat under the pyramid, which included Melina playing sound healing bowls on my back through appropriate Tibetan bowl placements. She allowed me to rest and integrate until I was ready to get up. She was supportive in a way that she held space for me sharing some subconscious realizations that surfaced during the session. I pulled 2 oracle cards that mirrored my present experience supporting with elements to prioritize in my life. Melina was very empathic, present and caring. She shared with me about the bimonthly new moon and full moon women's circles and other healing services. I highly recommend visiting her. So many studios are full on work out flows - this was a challenging slow grounded in a very deep and tapped in and spiritual practice without feeling heavy handed either. The space is beautiful and there is tons of room. Sarah creates a really sacred energy. High high high rec. Parking can be tricky so get there early!
