She also seemed so prepared, knowledgeable, and intentional about everything she said, instructed us to do, and even the energy she brought into the class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenJulie was subbing for this class and I liked her energy and fun playlist. Obviously the heat makes it more challenging but the flow itself was doable. This studio is also nice from an amenity perspective.
