alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch a great teacher and such a fun and thoughtful class. We focused on the hamstrings today and slowly over an hour when through a series of different poses to find more opening. So rare to get that much attention to detail in a yoga class.

Everyone was so welcoming - including the other women in the class. Was a great restorative practice and really appreciated Georgia asking for requests and then following through with poses to benefit.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI love this class so much! IMO Tara’s yoga studio is one of the best-kept secrets in Brooklyn. Tara is an incredible teacher and the practice space is so beautiful. Her Friday class is also such a wonderful way to kick off your weekend — I’ve never been the type to get up early for workout classes but Tara’s practice is so restorative and energizing that I now look forward to it! I feel lucky to be able to come here💗
