I love that every class is different. All the combos are always new. He incorporates not only boxing with the bag but mitt work, foot work, battle ropes, weights, HIIT exercises, jump rope, and so much more! I love how spacious and clean the gym is. He disinfects the mat after every class and the gym is always spotless!

alle beoordelingen weergevenEveryone was so welcoming and nice! The instructor Jessi made it a safe and warm place to practice and talked you through how to do each pose and offered help as needed. The place smelt great and was very soothing. She repeated words of affirmations and inspirational quotes and poems throughout the hour. I felt amazing during and after, one of the best yoga practices I’ve ever had!!
