I had to modify many of the moves to keep my core engaged and keep my form strong. Cues were a bit off and transitions were a bit confusing. Looking forward to another class.

I love how small and intimate the class is - there were only about machines in the room which felt sooo nice as an out of shape beginner! Definitely kicked my a** but will be returning & rebooking with Erin!
