I can honestly say that from the start, Gina/ her presence, the way she teaches her classes and her killer playlists has been the best experience of all. Her classes are fun and keep you coming back for more despite the heat and initially struggling. The 60 day challenge at Dose was difficult but keeping up with it was such a rewarding experience. I feel stronger and able to take on so much more physically. Thank you to Gina and Dose!

It seems like there's been more effort in the planning, and there's been something new and unique (to me) in each class. Today the music went so well with the poses/transitions that it sometimes felt like a choreographed dance. I also really appreciated that Christian started the class being open about his rough day at work and turned that into motivation for the class. I had a bad day too and didn't want to be there, but that completely changed my mindset. I love when yoga classes are more than just stretching and exercising, and that's often my experience at Sweatheory.

Like going through moves on a pleasant summer day. Instructor was great at giving clear to understand directions and walking through the poses. She had variations for different difficulty and stretch levels, which for someone unfamiliar with yoga, was greatly appreciated!

I love how the class is in a dark calming setting. She is even playing all of the Hits-Janet Jackson, Earth Wind and Fire, Sade, Stevie Wonder, and even relaxing instrumental music. I felt so rejuvenated and that I sweated out some uneccesssry calories with my first class on Wednesday April 24th. I attended the 7:30 session. I will definitely be attending weekly at least twice a week. She teaches a class on Thursday as well and I look forward to it!!!! The Eucalyptus Lavender Towel was very refreshing as well that is provided at the end of the class.
