alle beoordelingen weergevenAndrea was a fantastic teacher. He would sometimes speak in Italian which was lovely. It was more of power yoga/vinyasa but mostly vinyasa. He did some unique adaptations of exercises that I’ve never done before (like dancer pose with a strap). Loved it. He actually demonstrates the poses which I appreciate because it’s sometimes harder to know what instructors mean when they only verbally instruct. Will hopefully be back.
