The front desk associate recommended that I do 3 rotations, so I could get used to the plunge, and she was right! I was only able to dip on the first go around, but made it to 1.5 minutes on the 3rd. I was able to regulate my breathing and take my heart rate down and it was so satisfying. I would recommend!

Compression Therapy

After an indoor cycling and leg day workout at the gym, I rewarded myself with Compression Therapy on my legs and then with Infrared Sauna session and it was wonderful, to end my wellness day! The manager Joe and Daloj received me and treated like at home. I enjoyed the session relaxing and just connecting with my well being time. They have multiple recovery options, and I’m excited to try out more activities. A must try place! 😍
