alle beoordelingen weergevenInstructors were so great! Motivating and so helpful for a first timer. Highly recommend but don’t try your first class on a Wednesday since that’s their full body cardio day and it can be tough! Other days are slower & work at your own pace!

We were welcomed to use the gym for open gym and then we were approached by a personal trainer, Leed, who offered us a personal training session in lieu of the miscommunication for the class. We had a great experience and appreciated the extra efforts!
