alle beoordelingen weergevenvery high energy class! they walk you through all the moves, and the instructor does them with you, so it’s easy to catch up if you’re confused. the music was loud and fun. the workout was challenging, i’ve never done a workout class like this before, but i really enjoyed it. kickboxing will get you sweating, but it’s a good feeling!

He’s motivating and he always pushes you to the next level while making sure you’re doing the correct Movement with the correct form. I give him a 12 out of 10 . Always go back

Yet, the instructor saw I was lost at one point and immediately came over to reteach me the kickboxing steps. For those that don't know, there are multiple TV screens denoting what Round you are on. Round 8 is the last round, but there is a 7 minute Core workout that follows after the 8th round so don't think you're done just yet.

He is very attentive to your needs regardless to what level you are on and this class is very beginner friendly. I loved how we were able to workout synergistically from novice to expert. It did not matter. Definitely will come again 🥰

alle beoordelingen weergevenI had the opportunity to meet the owner during this afternoon session (but he said he normally does the morning shift). I absolutely adore him! If you know anything about 9Round, you know that in one round, you normally get to work with one of the trainers and the owner just happened to be the trainer that day. He is passionate, patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. He doesn't make you feel like a first-timer and builds you up when he works with you. I will definitely be coming back.
