alle beoordelingen weergevenI’ve been having so much fun in air yoga! I’ve only been to 3 classes w Georgie so far but she is an absolutely amazing instructor! Both Georgie and the regulars are so kind and welcoming to beginners and what I absolutely appreciate the most is Georgie is attentive and ALWAYS quick to run over and help anyone correct their form. Something else that’s great is there’s no pressure to do all the positions, if you’re not comfortable doing something you can either do an alternative variation of it or chill. Overall, I find it to be an incredibly grounding yet engaging experience.
