alle beoordelingen weergevenInstructors were so great! Motivating and so helpful for a first timer. Highly recommend but don’t try your first class on a Wednesday since that’s their full body cardio day and it can be tough! Other days are slower & work at your own pace!

I did not expect it to be a cardio day but I’m so glad it was because I needed that. The instructor was so friendly and kept us all motivated. Definitely want to come back!

The instructor was amazing super fun and friendly I was smiling the whole class . I really felt this workout it was crazy but i felt the burn from the workout. I definitely will be coming to this location they do so many different things and I love the stafff
