The staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel instantly welcomed , the kind of service that sets the tone right from the start. Ryan took the time to thoughtfully explain the keratin treatment before we began, which I truly appreciated. He was very transparent, even mentioning that the treatment might slightly fade my current purple hair colour , a level of honesty you don’t always get. But honestly, the result exceeded my expectations. My hair turned slightly lighter, yet it looked even more refined smoother, shinier, and with a healthy glow that feels effortlessly luxurious. The entire session took about 2.5 hours, and every moment felt well taken care of. Drinks were served, adding to the relaxed, pampering atmosphere. What stood out the most? Absolutely no hard selling. Just genuine, professional service focused on delivering results. Overall, it felt less like a routine hair appointment and more like a curated self-care experience. Definitely a place I would return to — and highly recommend if you’re looking for quality, comfort, and results in one visit.
