She definitely pushes us to work hard—sometimes the repetitions and pulses feel endless 😭 My only minor feedback is that class occasionally starts a little late, especially when accommodating late arrivals or beginners. However, she always makes up the time so we still get the full 45-minute workout. Overall, she’s an encouraging instructor who delivers a tough, effective, and engaging class!

It's my first 1.5 class at Club Pilates and I noticed Club Pilates is much easier than the other studios I've been visiting such as Neaumix Fit and Reform House (Reform House is the most challenging out of the 3). Club Pilates also utilizes different equipment such as the Pilates chair and mat exercises. I think if I want more of a challenge I'd go to my usual studios, but Breanna alone can bring me back to Club Pilates!

I’m really glad I started with this class as a newbie bc it was definitely more slower paced compared to the newer studios that are popping up. Mely took her time to teach me proper form and made sure that I was comfortable. If you had any questions, just ask and she’ll come and explain things to you and I really appreciated that. Would take her class again

alle beoordelingen weergevenI discovered Active Spine and Wellness Center on ClassPass when I was looking for wellness opportunities. I saw that there was an opening for 6pm for a Cupping with Red Light Therapy so I decided to book it. The location was easy to find. The build has plenty of parking in the area. The offices faces Mountain towards the corner of the building. Dr. Siavash Nikkhou welcomed me in and gave me a first time patient waiver to review and sign. This is for safety purposes to make sure you don't have any certain preexisting conditions to be aware of. After completing the form I was welcomed to the patient room. He asked if I had any areas I wanted to work on, and my profession to check for common strains. I asked for attention to the low back and since I work a desk job, he also focused on the neck and shoulders. Dr. Nikkhou uses the suction cupping so he can control the amount of suction in each area. The pressure was comfortable. He checked on me as they were applied. Then he left me to enjoy the treatment for about 10 minutes before he came back to remove it. From my suction results he could tell that I'm right handed! Neat! He showed me which areas had more stagnation and which areas were more circulated. Dr. Nikkhou is primarily a chiropractor, and he also has electric muscle stimulation and cupping therapies. What I really appreciate is his hours. He really cares about his patients and clients so on weekdays he is open as early as 8:30am all the way until 7pm. And he is also open on Saturdays from 8:30am to 3pm. That's super helpful for the working professional who doesn't get off until later. I really enjoyed my interaction and service received so I can definitely see myself coming back.
