I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

With three hours of sleep and a busy day, I still made it through the routine. LOVED the ability to modify to what my body was feeling that evening. and i even teared up at the end when we were breathing and he was having us leave our stresses behind. Great session overall.

She definitely pushes us to work hard—sometimes the repetitions and pulses feel endless 😭 My only minor feedback is that class occasionally starts a little late, especially when accommodating late arrivals or beginners. However, she always makes up the time so we still get the full 45-minute workout. Overall, she’s an encouraging instructor who delivers a tough, effective, and engaging class!

Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. The cleanliness was always an issue for me... but today, the class was spotless and Megan was AMAZING. Her class was challenging, but doable. She was always making sure we were doing everything correctly and corrected us if we weren't. Class was not intimidating so if you're shy and scared to visit alone, join one of Megan's classes! She's super sweet.

She is so positive and energetic, love that she reminds us that it’s only 45 minutes, the class does go by fast. The studio is on the smaller size compared to other studios I have been to and it’s always full so get there early if you have a strong mat presence. My only pet peeve is you have to walk into the studio area to get to locker/shoe area which means shoes are in the studio. I do wish that could be addressed as it doesn’t feel as clean as other studios that make you take your shoes off before heading into the mat area. Otherwise it’s always pleasant here and they have challenging workouts.

I like that she starts with a beginner level then allows you to add an optional challenge modification. I’m feeling the day 2 soreness from the 12PM Saturday class and I feel a lot stronger!! The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.
