I am a complete newbie, so any of the Megaformer classes will be fine for you if you’re new too, because you can just mimic other experienced folks and the instructor can personally refine your moves as well. I’m going again soon to build up my stamina!

Kate was knowledgeable and guided us through each pose with clear instructions and modifications for different skill levels. I felt a great sense of relaxation and detoxification by the end of the session. Plus, the sense of community in the class was wonderful. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to challenge themselves and experience the benefits of yoga in a heated environment!
