alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class was great! It was my first time getting into weights after a 2nd back surgery, about a year ago. I loved how the instructor was very clear about good and bad form in the demo. The TVs are also a great resource when you need to a quick reminder. I asked for lighter weights during one of the sets and told the trainer about my surgery and she made sure my form was good. I appreciated that, so much! I especially loved the modified versions of the workout that she suggested.

The instructor took her time to explain the pods and what is to be expected in class. I was a little intimidated at first but I loved that she suggested to get to know the person in your workout station and that made it easier for me as the person in my station was an experienced F45er. I also liked that this was a diverse class of people of different races, abilities and age groups. I absolutely loved it and will be back!

I appreciate the instructor for welcoming and creating such a safe space to move however you’d like, despite it being guided. I didn’t realize how much tension can be held in your body after the mental stress/lack of emotional processing I had prior to attending. After a 9-5, this is such a nice class. The sound bath in the end was the icing on the cake! We all thought it was literally raining lol. I recommend prior to attending to definitely journal some intentions on what you want to release prior to the class. The instructor also made sure we were intentional and was observant if we needed to calm our minds/postures a bit more throughout the session. Honestly a 10/10

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is a new gym. The space was nice, somewhat small, but big enough for the small group we had for class. A few things that were different from other boxing gyms: you had to take your shoes and socks off for the matted area around the bags for the first half of the workout, warm up started with weighted jump ropes which was a good challenge but really hurt your toes when you accidentally hit your feet (maybe this part should be done in the other gym area to avoid this issue), and we weren’t really given time to put on wraps. Overall it was a good workout with a mix of bag work, pad work, body weight exercises, and a weight circuit. I’d recommend trying it out.
