The heat wasn’t too intense (corepower studio is too hot for me). It doesn’t move too fast either so it’s not that bad to keep up with if you’re newer to yoga. But still challenging enough for seasoned yogis.

WOW that was absolutely hard and amazing and cool. Love to get tips on form and all the instructors are so encouraging!! They really pushed me to my limits without injury and I LOVE THAT!! I look forward to doing more classes and getting stronger 💪🏻🦾
