alle beoordelingen weergevenFlow was smooth however I felt that YM instructors (flow classes) tend to give too many options/variations for almost each posture. There is nothing wrong to that but too many options can be confusing. Although, it’s our own practice but we attend classes becos we needed the cues. It’s a personal preference I supposed. Everything was amazing! Rod’s instructions was clear. His voice is calming as well.

The instructor was good but about firm, not complaining as she emphasizes a lot of where we should be feeling our muscles to work etc

I guess it makes the painful parts a bit more bearable 🤣 Learnt some new moves that I haven't experienced in other yoga classes. It was small class of 4 that evening, so she was able to give each student individual attention and suggestions. Studio cleanliness is not the best but acceptable enough.
