alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

I took the Anfänger mit Vorkenntnisse B and it was a bit too advanced for me. I started ballet as an adult 2 years ago, but due to injuries, had to take a lot of breaks. I will try the A level when my schedule allows it.

Les élèves avec plus de grades de ceinture ont bien pris le temps également avec une débutante et sans jugement. L'acceuil à été top, on m'a prêté un kimono à l'arrivée. Je vous conseil ce dojo ! Il est aussi bien pour un suivi régulier. Parcontre les non sportifs attention ! La séance est intense !
