The teacher was so mindful with all of his cues and assists, and I really appreciated the variety of pranayama, chanting, and readings included too. I sometimes couldn’t hear him very well as was very softly spoken, but maybe just me! Thank you for a wonderful practice 🙏🏼

However sometimes it would be nice to have a bit more quiet when holding postures for a long period of time like pigeon pose as there was quite a lot of unnecessary talking from the teacher. A lot about clearing your mind and blocking out the noise. It would be nice just to have silence to focus on the breath , meditate and relax.
