He’s fantastic about making sure you are comfortable, clear on the choreography, and explained to thoroughly before riding. The ride itself was fantastic! I spin every day, and I often don’t feel challenged any longer… so I was very excited to find an instructor that brought such amazing energy and also made me feel challenged, encouraged, and then I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and playlist!!! Thomas was so nice and invited me to ride with him again… So, I’m gonna come back again tomorrow! :)

alle beoordelingen weergevenLoved the instructor Di she was amazing! I will be looking for her name on the schedule. The class was challenging and rewarding and I like how she incorporated mantras and set intentions in the beginning of class to take the yoga beyond the movement.
