The staff could use some customer service training to help feel customers welcome and appreciated. Areas for improvement-train the staff on customer service. They were transactional. I can get a blow out anywhere, but to move from a first time customer from transaction to a recurring client I’d recommend creating that welcome and warm feel for customers.
