Cody is an excellent teacher and offered a sequence that was great for beginners, but at the same time challenged more seasoned students. The class was thoughtful, challenging and a lot of fun! The only thing I want to make mention of, is parking. If your new to the studio give yourself a little extra time to sort out the parking areas.

If you’ve never taken this class, you really should.!! His countdown at the end of every exercise is so motivating to not give up!

Lots of small, repetitive movements with a focus on tuning into noticing sensations in your body. Tbh I found the class pretty boring but I did notice a huge improvement in my knee pain the day after class, so overall had a positive experience!
