Finally found another studio and instructor where the heat is good, the flow is challenging but creative and not boring, and it’s still attainable enough to keep pushing to get better! Darby was great! Also really loved the hands on adjustments as that I feel like really makes you more mindful of things you can improve! :)

She helped with the transition of poses, I felt like I needed moments of hands on adjustments but the class is pretty big so I’m sure it’s not possible.
