alle beoordelingen weergevenAlex is a great instructor. She’s clear about the instructions, her music is on point and she’s encouraging. The Training Room as a whole should do more to encourage clients to be courteous about cleaning up their sweat, especially in classes where there are stations. There is consistently one or two men in strong and lean classes who sweat buckets and never think to wipe the floor so the next person doesn’t have to take a bath in their DNA. Most people are adult and courteous enough to clean up after themselves, but since there are consistently people who have no self awareness, the gym should step up and post reminders or give blanket instructions in every class on how to clean your station before you move to the next.

It was a form of difference exercises that warmed you up & allowed you to be prepared for the kickboxing drills. Ryan was great! Really enjoyed his assistance and guidance throughout the class because like I said I had no experience, but now I feel prepared to go in for another one! Thanks again to the team!
