alle beoordelingen weergevenI've been coming in here on and off for the last 10 years and it's still the best! however, do the floor postures still work well without the savasana in between? Love the standing series, wish we did all of the regular floor series too—could do without the planks and leg lifts and go the classic 26 postures route. Aside from that, Brooke is an excellent instructor and I think that's why this location has longevity compared to other hot yoga locations. Teachers are consistently clear and thorough with their instructions and never miss a beat. Love the additional explanation of the health benefits of each each pose!

Facility is clean and aesthetic - front desk person was so friendly, patient, and helpful. I left with nothing but good vibes from this place. Love. Love. Love.

She is not too intense and pushes just the perfect amount while still being amped up. Playlist is always good. Very attentive instructor yet balances It well with making sure she’s showing the poses and flow a few times.
