I liked the pace of the class and the exercises kept me engaged and the time went by fast. Lakana was helpful and came over to assist with form. I recommend the class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenLove this place so much. The music and energy is amazing. I also LOVE Tori - she focuses so much on safe form. I told her I was having difficulty with squats, and she stayed with me after class and worked with me on my form. Talk about going above and beyond!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenJAMIE A is advanced but you can sit in the saddle anytime and work your way up. My legs may not be as fast at times but I have the heart and will to keep up. I prefer to be get my 🍑 handled to me and this is my cup of tea! 10/10 🔥🔥🔥🔥

It was at your own pace but the environment motivates you to push your limits! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I DO recommend if your looking for a challenge (:
