Choreo was soooo good and challenging! She’s so sweet and helped get us set up before class started and took her time explaining best practices. The workout was challenging and targeted every muscle and I felt so good and sore after. Overall a super fun class - doing this often will def lead to a toned body!

I really appreciate how she explains and demonstrates the exercises clearly, which helps everyone feel confident in their movements. What stood out to me the most was Emily's kindness when correcting others' forms; she does so in a way that is uplifting rather than discouraging. Her encouragement creates an inclusive atmosphere where it feels okay to make mistakes. It’s refreshing to find an instructor who truly boosts your confidence while you’re learning. I always leave her classes feeling energized and excited, and I can’t wait for the next opportunity to work out with her again!

All of the moves are very safe with baby in carrier also and do not feel awkward. Other instructors attempt for you to do push ups or plank while the baby is in the carrier- these moves are fine solo but not while baby is in carrier.

I arrived a bit late and still had to change, so they helped me find the restroom and even laid out my mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket for me so it’d be ready when I came back. The gong bath in the end was so peaceful and rejuvenating, which was exactly what I needed today. Lovely practice and highly recommend! As for location, I’d suggest using the stairs to the right of the FedEx entrance, then you’ll see a sign to turn left towards the studio🫶

I’ve attended other sessions with around 30 people, but here, the group is kept small—only 4 to 5 people max, if that! My experience with Diana was truly exceptional. I’ve long been an advocate for sound baths during chaotic times, and Diana’s warmth and passion for her work are genuinely inspiring. I felt an incredible sense of relief afterward. I could tell Amber knew her stuff. I enjoy a deep tissue massage as I tend to be very tight and she was able to apply a great amount of pressure. She did a good job checking in with whether I was tolerating it as well. Not only was the massage good but the whole atmosphere of the wellness center was nice. They are a holistic wellness center that also specializes in natural health. After visiting, I am excited to focus more on my family's overall health through herbal remedies. This center was on many recommended lists and I am so glad I finally got to visit for one of their services.
