I did the red light plus the other light I set for rotation with all the colors. Also they have a tv so you can watch a show by yourself in the room. Totally recommend !

alle beoordelingen weergevenI visited Newport Body Works and had an amazing experience! The space is beautifully designed, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but he was fantastic. I tried the Mito Red Light Therapy Full Body Panels and the Normatec Compression Therapy, and I’m hooked! My legs feel so much lighter, and the red light therapy had a calming effect on my entire body. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I’ll definitely be going back.

You definitely can hear everyone coming in and out as other reviews say, but it didn’t bother me much at all, I just turned on some meditation music and focused on that. It’s definitely a splurge, but one I would say is absolutely worth it. Seemed to be extremely helpful with relieving my migraine as well as sore and achey muscles.

I enjoyed the sauna and trying the delightful products; I'm going to have to go back for the moisturizing serum alone! Yasss!! It does seem a little more tailored to men (with the masculinely decorated bathroom and the lack of hair conditioner/blowdryer as mentioned in other reviews), but im pretty sure it's a mainly men's salon, so... it makes sense. Overall, I had a great experience and I felt cared for while I was doing some self care; wonderful. Thank you!!
