Note to friends attending classes together…please try to be quiet at the end of class as it’s usually meant to be for grounding yourself and focusing on breathing. Chatting and giggling is not meant for this setting, save it for the walk to the car 😊

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was only my second lagree class and this class was designed to be more advanced. However, Kailey was extremely welcoming and encouraging. I came in a little early and she demonstrated some of the movements we would be doing. I still struggled during the class, but she came around to help me with my form. Even though it was a hard class especially for a beginner, she kept the mood light and fun!
