alle beoordelingen weergevenThe staff was really friendly and helpful! I went last week and ordered through ClassPass, but they didn’t have the items I ordered anymore and told to go through ClassPass for the refund and their drink machine was down. Unfortunately, ClassPass’s policy doesn’t allow refunds for food, so I went back today to explain the situation picking up an order I made. The staff was so kind and understanding. They gave me the missing items from my previous order and even gave me a free bowl for my next visit as an extra gesture for the inconvenience. 🥹❤️ I was honestly so uncomfortable having to explain the situation, but they handled it with so much kindness and made everything right. Very thankful for their customer service! Sometimes it really is about the little things. 💕

alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time here and the service was great. Arrabiata had a nice kick to it and the portion was huge! Just wished there were the option to add protein on ClassPass. Caesar salad had great flavor, and the chicken in it was well seasoned..Would recommend the dressing be put on the side as my salad was soggy when I got to it. Nutella bombs were nice & warm..basically mini Nutella filled donuts & came with 4!
