Love the standing series, wish we did all of the regular floor series too—could do without the planks and leg lifts and go the classic 26 postures route. Aside from that, Brooke is an excellent instructor and I think that's why this location has longevity compared to other hot yoga locations. Teachers are consistently clear and thorough with their instructions and never miss a beat. Love the additional explanation of the health benefits of each each pose!

Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

This was my first time taking a WundaFlex class, it definitely reminded me of what I think a classical Pilates class would be like. It’s slower paced with a focus on holding positions. His core exercises were top-notch, emphasizing precision and strength- saying slow and steady and nice and neat making sure I’m doing correctly . The added touch of unique stretching exercises in the final minutes was a refreshing change. Victor goes the extra mile, offering valuable diet suggestions.
