They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. The studio itself is also stunning.. so aesthetic, clean, and beautifully designed, which made the whole experience even better. A huge thank you as well to Lexi and the team at check-in. I was visiting from NZ and ran into train disruptions getting from Times Square to Brooklyn, which put me about 15 minutes late. After two trains and an Uber, I finally made it and the girls were so kind and understanding, still letting me join the class. Easily my favourite hot mat Pilates studio in NYC. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town for work and will be recommending it to anyone visiting

I was late for my appointment due to the parking situation, and was readily accommodated into the following session. While I waited, I was invited to draw medicine tarot cards and read a bit about what they meant, which was a nice touch. Val helped me get set up in the cave and told me a bit about the history and medicinal properties of Halotherapy. Overall a great experience!

The heating pad and theragun to start helps prep your body for the stretches. I’ve always done the 8 or 9am Saturday slot and have been the only person there. Rose takes the time to learn about why you’re there and is gentle with any injuries/pain. But she definitely challenges your range of motion while taking in your cues (a slight grimace, holding your breath, etc) and takes that into account depth of the stretch. Highly highly recommend.
