When I was getting my lashes done I could hear all their personal conversation. I’m here to relax because it’s a spa. I literally was annoyed because of that. I also didn’t realize that you have to add on extractions because any spas I’ve been to that’s automatically included in any facial experience you choose. So if you want extractions done, I would inquire beforehand! Overall, I would definitely go back!

They confirmed there are no additional fees (no tax), and since tip is customary for any service I did give a tip (bring cash if you can!). She did such an excellent job! The facial was relaxing and my skin felt so good after. A highlight was the neck massage during the facial. It was the perfect pressure and made me want to come back for a full body massage. I’ve used other lasers where cold air is just pushed after the sting, but this laser has it running continually. I felt very comfortable with the staff as well. Due an emergency at one of the train stops causing a major delay, I was 15 minutes late and called ahead from the train to let them know what was going on. When I arrived, it took them 15 minutes to see me. The technician didn’t ask any questions about my skin or concerns, and on top of starting late ended the appointment ten minutes early. I don’t expect them to extend my appointment to compensate for my late arrival, but I don’t think it’s acceptable practice for them to not make up for their own delays or to not even complete the scheduled appointment time. I paid for an hour Hydrafacial and got about 20 minutes of actual service. Not sure whether that is typical, but based on the description of the service I don’t think I received the service that I paid for.
