Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

Loved her music choices and little affirmations/sweet encouraging words. The flows and sequences felt really great. I can’t wait to take a class by her again.

I also loved that when Gabi made corrections, she turned off her mic so as not to make anyone feel on the spot/embarrassed/uncomfortable. Will absolutely be taking her classes in the future! I struggle with constant hip and low back, as well as sciatic pain. Honestly I felt great after it and loved so much, I and can’t wait to keep doing more sessions like this!
