The class was excellent, very peaceful and great for mobility. She kept a steady rhythm of class with a pattern of moves on the floor and then standing that helped with my hips. I’ll definitely return to the class when I can.

Her classes are challenging, energetic, and transformative. She truly cares about her students/clients. Definitely try her define class too
