Great cues — a challenging class for experienced yogis but still a great class for those new to yoga. I also just want to shout out this studio for having so many great props that you usually don’t see at studios (hand weights, different shaped bolsters, etc.)

I carry so much tension around my shoulders including in my armpits but NO ONE has ever been able to get in there without my body putting up a fight - she did! She checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was okay and also incorporated some stretching that was wonderful. I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in a while afterwards. He doesn’t even have to tell you that he has 30 years of experience in massage therapy, his hands do the talking for him! I received one of the best massages in my life, it was therapeutic and relaxing at the same time.
