I carry so much tension around my shoulders including in my armpits but NO ONE has ever been able to get in there without my body putting up a fight - she did! She checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was okay and also incorporated some stretching that was wonderful. I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in a while afterwards. I’ve seen Donica too for a facial that was equally incredible and she’s an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend!
