Matt is an awesome trainer—he explained each exercise clearly, was very attentive throughout the class, and kept everyone motivated. He was super encouraging from start to finish. Excellent instructor!

Sounds strange but I really appreciated how Leo makes decisions for his sessions and also pushes us to the next level by supporting us at stations as well as pairing us w a partner. I recommend this location to anyone. All the instructors are great.
