I’m pregnant and need modifications for certain exercises, she does a great job working with me and making sure I’m safe while providing modifications. She’s very knowledgeable and kind, she asks how my pregnancy is going and checks in with me after class. 10/10!

alle beoordelingen weergevenMaggie is so cool, I think she did great. I really needed this class today. Great to get the benefits of a hot room but without an intense yoga or Pilates work out. Stretching and breathing was much needed. Very relaxing, I almost feel asleep. Shoes not needed. Just mat, towel, and water. Can’t wait to come back!
