Melanie has a beautiful singing voice that she uses throughout the session and it just adds so much to the already very peaceful atmosphere. Definitely recommend this class to disconnect and tune into to yourself for an hour.

I was definitely out of my comfort zone but it really helped bringing me some awareness of all the noise that has been happening in the background and helped me ground myself more physically than mentally. And Susan is great! Explained me everything and left me super comfortable. The studio is also super welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend! :)

The facial was really relaxing, and I also loved the massage she gave me. My skin felt refreshed and looked great afterward. I’d definitely recommend her!

alle beoordelingen weergevenTout simplement excellent. J’ai aussi eu l’occasion d’expérimenter le Reiki et j’ai beaucoup aimé l’expérience. Ça m’a permis de prendre conscience de toute l’énergie que j’avais besoin de canaliser, et de vraiment me détendre avant la massothérapie. Mais ce qui rend surtout l’expérience exceptionnelle, c’est la massothérapeute elle-même. On sent qu’elle maîtrise réellement ce qu’elle fait, qu’elle est très à l’écoute du corps et qu’elle adapte son approche avec beaucoup d’intuition et de justesse. Elle a aussi une très belle énergie qui permet de se sentir rapidement en confiance, apaisée et beaucoup plus alignée. Je reviens presque toutes les 2 à 3 semaines et, pour moi, c’est vraiment devenu essentiel.

At one point I even found myself crying in a way that felt like a much needed release. May has this perfect mix of spiritual and down to earth energy, and she even went above and beyond with a few thoughtful touches. Highly recommend.
