Elle prend le temps d'expliquer chaque mouvement avec clarté et s'adapte au niveau de chacun, ce qui met rapidement en confiance. Le studio est propre, accueillant et offre une très bonne ambiance. J'ai passé un super moment et je suis repartie motivée à continuer. However ,the space itself is a bit odd and not optimized with yoga in mind. It appears to be a shared space for a cafe and gym so it changed a bit the energy of class and made it a bit more alert instead of calm and centered.

The coach paid close attention to everyone’s posture, corrected mistakes when needed, and the music was excellent. You can really see a big improvement compared to last year (I understand there is a different owner now). I will definitely come back more often, thank you! One suggestion would be to offer classes for different skill levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and clearly indicate the level in the schedule so participants know what to expect and can choose the class that best fits their experience.

She was incredibly skilled—she knew exactly where all the tension was and managed to stretch and massage away aches I didn’t even realize I had. The session was the perfect balance of deep work and relaxation. At one point I genuinely fell asleep on the table, which says everything about how comfortable and effective it was. I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely reset. The space itself is beautiful—very clean, calm, and cozy, which really adds to the whole experience. Everything felt peaceful from start to finish. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend Jessie to anyone looking for a truly restorative massage.

I figured that’s just how it was now. She returned to me full range of movement. The salon is quite nice, clean, accessible.
