alle beoordelingen weergevenI love Alchemy classes! I’ll keep on attending the Saturday 60 minute Cardio classes. However, there could be more emphasis on cardio instead of strength in these classes. When I check my FitBit after classes, my heart rate is lower for more than 50 percent of the workout. My suggestion would be that when creating classes, the person should wear a FitBit or Watch to see how often and for how long they reach their max heart rate. If you keep record of workouts, the 60 min Cardio class on March 16th had the most vigorous cardio burn according to my FitBit. Thank you!

The Factory’s website is still active with a 2019 copyright, and they wrote about pending closure of the business, as if it were still a future event. They apparently never updated their website but still have it hosted somewhere. 1/5 stars because I cant give zero.
