The front desk team and instructor here were by far the most welcoming/helpful group I’ve experienced outside of my home gym. My only comments are that the sound system sounded like it was playing off of an iPhone so there was 0% bass and that they should be stricter about people getting up to leave mid class. I’ve never been to a spin class where people got up to “fill up their water” then come back. Both of these things really affected environment that the team was working really hard to promote. Overall, the best experience I’ve had a spin class in the Midwest so I definitely recommend!

It had everything I was looking for in a tough workout. As a self-proclaimed introvert, the environment was awesome. It was the first time in a gym setting I truly felt welcomed, and that meant so much. I cannot wait to try more classes and improve on my fitness journey!
