alle beoordelingen weergevenYoga sculpt with Eka was FABULOUS! So fun! And I promise you, as a baseline, I don’t say that about exercising. The class is rooted in yoga but you can feel the dance influence even in the flow… and is there any cardio better than dancing? Even if you have never done any Latin-style dancing and feel a little silly doing it: F-U-N. Eka is lovely, upbeat, and encouraging. The only con is that, unlike yoga-only studios, people wear shoes across the floor because they teach a lot of dance classes. Eka’s class is good enough for me to let that go. Yoga mats are washable; good teachers and fitness classes are hard to find! 5 stars.
