He is patient and his cueing is impeccable. But it’s his calm, soothing voice, spiritual guidance, and warm humor that will make you want to start every Sunday with him. Class was open to all levels because the teacher showed every single move on the mat and around the class and also showed how we can further deepen, and gave more advanced options as well.
