I remember one morning going in Lucie's class in Mimi's at Wynwood and I felt at ease. Like I could practice with someone who who pushed me, but in gentle way. That yes I could do hard things under this heat lol. she's always so sweet to everyone on and off the mat she's a lovely person. It feels like just yesterday I started this scary yoga journey and here I am strong and always pushing myself a little more because of people like Lucie. I'll miss her tons, but excited to see when she's back to take her classes. Love her and classes so much. 🧘♀️ 💙

She brings the best spicy Latina energy, her music is amazing, and the playlist actually leads the class. What really stands out to me is how intentional her programming feels. Even in an arms and abs class, I felt the burn everywhere , without feeling like we were spending an excessive amount of time loading the shoulders. As someone whose shoulder gets irritated easily, that balance makes such a difference. I can still challenge my arms and abs without leaving class feeling like my shoulders took over the entire workout. Michelle is just that girl for this type of class. You can tell she really knows what she's doing when she plans her flows. High energy, great music, intentional movement, and an incredible core burn. Absolutely obsessed with this class she teaches

alle beoordelingen weergevenLiv is high-energy and totally in command, she’s basically a drill sergeant in the room (but I love it). You can tell she comes from a strict dance background. As someone who grew up like that as well, I loved her class. She really emphasizes posture, clean lines, and true muscle engagement. You can feel her knowledge, and the way she teaches you how to activate the right muscles is something a lot of instructors just miss. One thing I noticed is that her verbal cues into the next move could feel a bit abrupt.... sometimes I'd have to catch up on where I was supposed to be. But her standing demos are strong and her visual cues are clear, so you can find your way back in pretty quickly. Honestly, I've never had a core burn quite like hers. She really knows how to target the right muscles and keeps you focused on form the entire time. She's demanding in the best way possible, and if you're looking for that kind of intentional work who will push you I think she's exactly the kind of person you want leading specialty classes. PS… her music is heavy rap and is absolutely phenomenal, Liv pls keep playing it we love it!
